English 10 minute weekly workout
Maths 10 minute weekly workout
Daily timestables practice using TTRockstars. Weekly test on a Thursday in preparation for the National Year 4 Mutliplication Check. Children should be able to recall timestables up to and including 12x12 within 5 seconds.
Spelling Shed (Weekly spellings and test given on a Wednesday)
Daily Reading (Diary signed at least 4 times per week)

Stationery is provided by school but children are welcome to bring their own pencil cases. We may have 'pencil case lessons' and 'non-pencil case lessons' where appropriate.

Maths - Fractions

Writing - Inspired by the book, 'Manfish', children will write an invention narrative and biography.

Reading - Learning to understand new vocabulary, make predictions and infer; explain, retreive information; sequence and summarise what has been read.

Music - Hand-held percussion with a focus on rhythm, ensemble performance, instrumentation, and techinque.
